Today's User Group meeting focused on Care Plans for Integrated Care Management. Attendees from commissioners North and South described their needs for Care Planning support. Together we worked out a framework for the Health Analytics Care Plan software which should tackle anything NHS customers need. Key areas include Information Governance and interoperability. The DH attended and helped with the standards aspects; we hope to work with them and other suppliers to drive open standards in this area.

Our web site gets a lot of traffic from our competition. It's only understandable: in a difficult market Health Analytics is expanding rapidly. Perhaps they come here trying to work out why that's happening.
