Got a problem in your organisation that isn’t being resolved? Just employ an expensive group of consultants to find a high cost solution to a low-tech problem.

That sounds like it should be a modern Chinese proverb, but I just made it up.
Today we ran a report on one of our customer sites looking at the number of people using their system over time. This system was first installed as a "trial" at the end of 2010, and here are the usage statistics off it since then, hot off the customer's web server.

The current furore over the health and social care bill is justified, but what’s the point of having a new driver if the engine isn’t working properly?
There are valid reasons why clinicians should have more of a say in improving health services, but their influence is limited by their understanding of the challenges.
This will only come through closer study and analysis of patient data through health informatics systems that are both practical and easy to use.
